Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeking Physician and Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for contract assignment in Sunnyvale, CA from October 14 - December 27 and a Nurse Practitioner from November 11 - December 27. Hours for October 14 - December 27 are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with a 60-minute break; Saturday, November 9, 11:00am - 2:00pm, for grand opening; no holidays. Hours for November 11 - December 27 are Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 9:30am - 6:30pm with a 60-minute break; Saturday, November 9, 11:00am - 2:00pm. Coverage includes up to 3 weeks of staff training and orientation and direct member care after November 6. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, acute care, and family medicine. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
