Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description

We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team located in WEST CHESTER, Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks related to customer accounts management, including processing applications, maintaining precise records, and resolving inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner

• Ensure customer credit records are kept up-to-date and accurate

• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts

• Oversee customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary

• Post service, parts, and body shop department repair orders and counter tickets

• Reconcile and post clearing entries for bank statements

• Receipt, reconcile, and scan checks for deposit, and post clearing entries

• Efficiently process check requests

• Complete month-end cash clearing account reconciliation spreadsheets

• Assist with the ordering of office supplies and forms when needed

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook to manage and organize data related to accounts receivable.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in an Accounts Receivable role within the Automotive industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

• Experience in Credit Card Reconciliation

• Ability to Process Check Requests

• Knowledge of Cash Posting procedures

• Experience in handling Daily Cash Receipts

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills
