What's the Job?

Drive and deliver key operational initiatives and policies from ideation through implementation

Be the primary point of contact to teams across HWT for their space planning needs including workplace, labs, and site-wide amenities

Maintain utilization strategies by supporting executive level reporting, analytics and strategic real estate portfolio decisions

Provide actionable data visualizations and insights to internal customers through the creation of dashboards and reports to help drive decisions for space forecasting, allocation, and planning

Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to create efficiencies and improve overall outcomes

Strong leadership and relationship building skills; the ability to inspire drive results with cross-functional teams

Excellent communication skills and an aptitude for blending qualitative and quantitative data into executive level presentations and messaging
