TotalMed Travel Order (1726743) Mid Shift.PREVIOUS TRAVEL REQUIRED Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: ASAP Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hours Primary Location: Theda Care Appleton Shift Requirements: 12hr PM/NOC Variables with the possibility of working any shift; (7a-7p, 9a-9p, 11a-11p, 1p-1a,3p-3a, 7p-7a).any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend Holiday Rotation: potential to work night before holidays and on holidays Float Requirements: All Theda care Facilities On Call/Call Back Requirements: None Certifications: WI RN, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, PALS, TNCC & NIHSS (required) Education: BSN not Required, Strongly Preferred Minimum Experience: 3 years REQUIRED Minimum 2 years ER experience REQUIRED & Triage experience (Strongly Preferred) Charting: Epic within the last year REQUIRED Unit Information (18 bed unit, Ratio 1:4 No new travelers - at least one completed REQUIRED
