Physician Assistant - Cardiothoracic Surgery

An award-winning, hospital-employed health system is seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant to join a well-established and highly respected Cardiothoracic Surgery program in a desirable Denver suburban community.

This position offers a balanced inpatient/outpatient practice with a strong surgical focus and the opportunity to serve as first assist alongside an experienced and collaborative surgical team.

• Join a large, established service line of: 17 physicians, 11 Advanced Practice Providers
• Dedicated CTS team including 3 Cardiothoracic Surgeons and 3 CTS-PAs
• Adding a 4th CTS-PA due to program growth
• Traditional inpatient and outpatient role
• First assist in cardiothoracic surgery
• Shared call rotation: 1:4
• Strong clinical, surgical, and administrative support
• Affiliation with a nationally recognized, award-winning health system

• Prior Cardiothoracic Surgery PA experience required
• Demonstrated first assist surgical experience required
• NCCPA-certified Physician Assistant
• Eligible for Colorado licensure

• Negotiable base salary: $150,000 - $180,000
• Signing bonus
• Annual quality bonus equal to 10% of base salary
