Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Night Shift

Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team on a per-diem, overnight basis. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, leadership, and commitment to high-quality resident care in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate resident care through staff scheduling and assignments

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision during overnight hours

• Support residents and families with professionalism and compassion

• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff

• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment

• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of resident information

• Oversee accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Promote collaboration among interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Qualifications:

• Active NYS RN license required

• Minimum 3 years long-term care experience

• Strong leadership and team-oriented approach

• Proficient with EHR and e-prescribing systems

• Excellent communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency
