Overview

Adult Emergency Medicine
Saint Peter's University Hospital is seeking Adult Emergency Medicine Physicians to join its Adult Emergency Department. Saint Peter's is bringing the Emergency Medicine service line fully in-house and actively expanding the department. We are recruiting multiple physicians to build a larger, high-quality, hospital-employed Adult Emergency Medicine group.

Adult Emergency Department Opportunity Highlights
  • Approximately 45,000-50,000 annual adult ED visits
  • Adult patient population (18 years and above)
  • High-acuity, diverse case mix
  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary care environment
  • Dedicated nocturnist positions available
  • Schedule: 8-9 hr shifts, 120 hrs/month
  • Full time, part time and per diem opportunities available
Physician Requirements
  • Board-eligible or board-certified in Emergency Medicine
  • MD/DO licensed in the State of New Jersey
  • Recent graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
  • Must qualify for Saint Peter's University Hospital Liability insurance
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Current CDS and DEA required

Full-time compensation at Saint Peter's Healthcare System ranges from 338,400 - 352,800 USD, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, years of experience, academic and administrative appointment, and pre-established metrics on productivity/patient engagement/quality.
