• Deliver expert, full-spectrum primary care with autonomy and collaborative support.

• Manage a panel of patients across all ages, emphasizing preventive care and effective chronic disease management.

• Maintain clear and thorough documentation within our advanced electronic medical record system.

• Engage in team-based care, mentoring and collaborating with mid-level providers.

• Participate in hospital and nursing home care as part of a robust call schedule.

• Uphold patient confidentiality and respect patient preferences and cultural backgrounds.

• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement, professional development, and peer collaboration.

• An MD or DO with Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts.

• Proven ability to thrive in a busy, patient-focused practice environment.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
