License in WA or IMLC for credentialing process
Seeking two general Cardiology locum providers to work 1-2 weeks per month starting in January (Or ASAP).
Clinic hours are M-F 8:30-5 pm, call need is to be determined by schedule of staff providers. Call may include nights and weekend, depending on need of service line.
Details of schedule will be determined based on provider's skill and availability and will be discussed in an interview.
