Role and responsibilities/tasks:
-Workshop with the business's functional areas to define business roles and access needs in SAP, both based on work steps and organizational access and restrictions.
-Building authorization roles in SAP
-Analysis of set roles to ensure SoD risks are avoided and they are FUE optimized. Proposals for mitigating measures based on risk report
-Conduct unit testing, flow testing of deployed solution
-Support user tests and address emerging needs for changes and defects.
-Document installed solution
-Ensure and carry out handover to the customer
-Recommend ownership, governance structure and management processes
The consultant's deliverables:
-New created and documented authorization roles in SAP production environment
-User Matrix
Required skills:
Must have:
-Previously implemented HR-driven identity management
-Designed and implemented IAM solutions specifically for SAP S/4 HANA
-Experience with SAP IAS and IPS
-Developed and maintained user roles and authorization concepts
Nice to have:
-Ensured proper provisioning and deprovisioning of users and roles to minimize security risks.
-HR driven identity management with SAP Successfactors as HR system
-Experience with SAP IAG
-Experience with Soterion

Utilization: 2-3 days per week
Location: Stockholm (1-2 days per week onsite, rest remote)
