For our international client we are looking for an experienced Senior SAP HCM expert

You'll use your SAPHCM expertise to design and implement effective solutions. -

Responsibilities:

Mid to Expert-Level Business Process Architect,

• Analyse client requirements to craft customized payment solutions.
• leveraging SAP HCM Payroll.
• Develop comprehensive solution architectures and technical designs specific to payment projects.
• Foster effective collaboration across teams to ensure the seamless integration of SAP HCM Payroll.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Conduct rigorous system testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of payment solutions.
• Provide support for ongoing HCM modules.
• Enhance the system as per the business requirements.
• Interact with Technical team to build and deliver the requirements.
• Support the SuccessFactors team to build the integrations.

Requirements:

• 4 to 5 years of experience in SAP Human Capital Management -
• Mid-Level to Expert-Level Business Process Architect for the Saudi Payments project
• Application Architecture Design (P3 - Advanced)
• Business Process Design (P3 - Advanced)
• Functional Designs (P3 - Advanced)
• Arabic (C1 - Expert) |
• English (B2 - Advanced)
• SAP HCM On Premise Human Capital Management (P3 - Advanced)

Project details:

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 12 months (+ option to extend as a permanent)
• Workload: 5 days a week, Sunday to Thursday
• Location: 100% on site/Riyadh Saudi Arabia
• Language: fluent in Arabic is mandatory + English
• Must be Saudi national.
