IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd Level) - 6 months - Amsterdam
Join a leading Cisco Gold Partner and take your career to the next level as a Level 1 Support Engineer in Amsterdam! This is a hands-on role where you'll be supporting cutting-edge technologies and network environments for high-level clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
- Document, upgrade, and replace hardware/software systems.
- Maintain user account information, security, and system groups.
- Ensure effective service delivery while minimizing downtime for customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from ticket assignment to resolution.
- Review and improve internal processes to streamline customer support.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support, especially with Apple/Mac OS and hardware.
- Strong skills in networking, VPN, wireless, and ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to support financial clients.
- Great communication skills with the ability to explain tech issues simply.
