Masentó are searching for an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant.

Job Specification: SuccessFactors Consultant

Location: Hybrid (1 day onsite in Amsterdam per week)

Contract: 6-month freelance, with potential to extend

Languages: Dutch fluency required

Responsibilities:

• Enhance and improve the current SuccessFactors system (Employee Central).
• Implement ongoing system changes and optimizations.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for system issues.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth execution of system updates.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, including 2-3 successful implementations.
• Proficiency in system improvements, troubleshooting, and support.
• Dutch fluency is essential.
