We are seeking a seasoned HRIT Domain Architect with expertise in SAP, SuccessFactors, and system integration to join a global client. This role will drive alignment between HR processes, architecture, and IT systems, enabling seamless business operations and global consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable HRIT architectures aligned with global business goals.
- Lead integration between SAP, SuccessFactors, and other HR platforms, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Analyze and optimize global HR processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to align strategies and achieve shared goals.
- Develop global solutions that balance consistency with local business needs.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in HRIT architecture, HR processes, and integration frameworks.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP HR modules, SuccessFactors, and Middleware tools.
- Proven ability to deliver scalable, future-proof HRIT solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to bridge business and IT teams effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in global, multinational organizations.
- Certifications in SAP, SuccessFactors, or enterprise architecture (eg, TOGAF).
