As a Workday specialist, you'll contribute to building robust HR systems that underpin our (Digital) People Strategy. Our leading global HR solution, Workday, forms the cornerstone of our digitalization roadmap, implemented across many countries where our client operates.

Your Role:

  • Provide support and maintenance for Workday, including issue resolution, executing standard requests, data management, configuration changes, and release analysis.
  • Analyze business requirements, propose solution options aligned with global design principles, and collaborate closely with global and local HR teams to enhance Workday functionality.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for HR and non-HR teams on new features and collaborate with IT colleagues to ensure seamless integration.

Examples of Your Work:

  • Enhancing the Workday system, particularly focusing on optimizing the onboarding experience for employees and managers.
  • Brainstorming creative solutions with team members to address challenges and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborating to enhance the speed and effectiveness of system releases.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Continuously develop and enhance Workday solutions to optimize system functionality.
  • Challenge and collaborate with team members on quality-related topics.
  • Identify and implement technical and performance enhancements.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Quality mindset and strong understanding of HR policies and processes.
  • Team player who thrives under pressure, prioritizes effectively, and enjoys collaborative work.
  • Experience with DevOps teams and (scaled) Agile methodologies.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recent Workday configuration experience, preferably in Recruitment and Talent & Performance modules, with additional experience in modules such as HCM core, Absence, (Advanced) Compensation, Learning, or Expenses.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in another language is preferred.
