Data Analyst/Analytics Engineer

Background

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst/Analytics Engineer to play a key role in shaping the logistics of fulfilling customer orders. The position will be part of a team responsible for optimizing order allocation processes within a broader fulfilment and core services function. You will contribute to building digital products that manage the orchestration of customer orders, focusing on optimizing fulfilment through a balance of trade-offs. The analytics team provides key insights to stakeholders, aimed at improving global logistics and product configurations. These insights are delivered via automated reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses.

Key responsibilities include

- Conducting data analysis, exploration, and experimentation to enhance fulfilment processes.
- Calculating and recommending performance metrics to measure digital product impact, setting KPIs, and identifying patterns and dependencies.
- Building and maintaining data products, with a focus on reporting and dashboarding.
- Communicating proactively and clearly with various stakeholders.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge and experience in advanced analytics, particularly within logistics.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and exploration.
- Experience in creating and maintaining data products.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform tools (eg, BigQuery, JupyterLab, Looker Studio).
- PowerBI experience is a plus.
