SAP IDM Support Engineer (Contract)

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a SAP IdM Support Engineer for a contract opportunity! You'll be providing technical support and expertise in for a key account in the banking sector!

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for SAP Identity Management solutions, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to SAP IdM systems.
  • Perform system configuration, customization, and integration tasks to meet client specifications and business objectives.
  • Conduct regular system monitoring, performance tuning, and maintenance activities to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in user training, knowledge transfer, and support transition activities to ensure client satisfaction and adoption of SAP IdM solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to SAP IdM and identity management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (X years) in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Identity Management (SAP IdM) solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP IdM functionalities, modules, and integration capabilities.
  • Strong technical proficiency in SAP NetWeaver, Java programming, SQL Scripting, and LDAP/AD integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
