Business Continuity Manager (Contract)

Doel van de functie:

De Manager Bedrijfscontinuïteit (BCM) zorgt voor een soepele werking van de bedrijfsstromen en stemt deze af op de risicotolerantie van de organisatie. De BCM werkt nauw samen met IT en bedrijfsafdelingen om de continuïteit van de dagelijkse operaties te waarborgen, prestaties te monitoren en problemen op te lossen die de bedrijfsvoering kunnen verstoren. De functie rapporteert aan de CFO en IT Manager en is cruciaal voor het waarborgen van de veerkracht van de organisatie.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Bedrijfscontinuïteitsbeheer: Zorg voor operationele continuïteit binnen de risicotolerantie; opstellen en beheren van serviceovereenkomsten tussen IT en bedrijfsafdelingen.
  • Prestatiemonitoring: Beheren van continuïteitsdashboards van bedrijfsstromen en rapporteren over prestaties aan het management.
  • Probleemoplossing: Identificeren en aanpakken van risico's en onderprestaties; samenwerken met IT en bedrijfseenheden om oplossingen te implementeren.
  • Risicomanagement: Stem continuïteitsplannen af op de risicomanagementstrategie en regelgeving van de organisatie.
  • Stakeholdercommunicatie: Regelmatig rapporteren en zorgen voor afstemming tussen IT en bedrijfsafdelingen over continuïteitsdoelen.

Kwalificaties:

  • Bachelor/Master in Bedrijfskunde, Risicomanagement, IT of een verwant vakgebied.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in bedrijfscontinuïteit of risicomanagement.
  • Goede kennis van risicotolerantiekaders en continuïteitsplanning.

  • Sterke communicatie- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden
  • Expertise in risicomanagement en probleemoplossing
