Demand Forecast Manager - 12 Months - Hybrid - Amsterdam, Netherlands

Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking a IBP Leader on behalf of our client in the FMCG sector based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) processes.
  • Manage demand forecasting for part of the SKU portfolio and ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Oversee monthly governance processes and align systems with global standards.
  • Implement global demand management agenda and manage forecasting segmentation.
  • Lead and develop Demand Planner(s) and supervise market teams.
  • Build relationships with senior leaders across Supply Chain, finance, and commercial sectors.
  • Foster an inclusive and diverse culture.
  • Utilize demand forecasting platforms to drive efficiency and ensure smooth transitions to advanced planning platforms.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supply chain planning and demand forecasting in a CPG company.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing Demand Planning and IBP processes.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and data analytics capabilities.
  • Familiarity with supply network data platforms, ERP, and master data systems.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and demand forecasting/IBP processes.
  • Proven team management experience.
