What will you do?
- In parallel with resolving/addressing disputes and AR issues, identifies root causes for use in improving processes and preventing recurrence of disputes/AR issues
- Help prepare reports on the status of disputes and identify key drivers affecting cash flow. Partner with Collections Cash Application, Booking, Billing and other functional leaders to tactically resolve Disputes/Aged AR (60 & 90 days), Contract Service Holds
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to identify cash flow performance indicators and provide insights for improvement.
- Support efforts to enhance order-to-cash processes and improve operational efficiency through technology and automations
- Help maintain compliance with regulatory and legal requirements by supporting the development of policies and procedures.
- Lead LSW AR portfolio weekly meetings to review accounts receivable collections and drive actions to resolve any open items.
- Collaborate with colleagues, Sr. Market Cash Leaders, Market Cash Leaders and Regional Cash Leaders to identify and resolve barriers impacting cash collections.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
0 - 3 years in Finance or Accounting
Experience in collections, customer service, or finance, preferably in a shared service environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively with various stakeholders.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of SAP or other accounting software is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Advanced English.
