What will you do?

• In parallel with resolving/addressing disputes and AR issues, identifies root causes for use in improving processes and preventing recurrence of disputes/AR issues
• Help prepare reports on the status of disputes and identify key drivers affecting cash flow. Partner with Collections Cash Application, Booking, Billing and other functional leaders to tactically resolve Disputes/Aged AR (60 & 90 days), Contract Service Holds
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to identify cash flow performance indicators and provide insights for improvement.
• Support efforts to enhance order-to-cash processes and improve operational efficiency through technology and automations
• Help maintain compliance with regulatory and legal requirements by supporting the development of policies and procedures.
• Lead LSW AR portfolio weekly meetings to review accounts receivable collections and drive actions to resolve any open items.
• Collaborate with colleagues, Sr. Market Cash Leaders, Market Cash Leaders and Regional Cash Leaders to identify and resolve barriers impacting cash collections.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 0 - 3 years in Finance or Accounting

• Experience in collections, customer service, or finance, preferably in a shared service environment.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively with various stakeholders.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Knowledge of SAP or other accounting software is a plus.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

• Advanced English.
