We Care Lifestyle is a health and wellness tech company revolutionizing the way people approach nutrition and fitness. We are developing AI-powered smart spectacles designed to track food intake and provide Real Time calorie and nutrition insights.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer to design, prototype, and build the hardware for our smart spectacles. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing compact, IoT-based devices, with expertise in integrating cameras, sensors, microcontrollers, and batteries into a wearable form factor.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and prototype the hardware architecture for smart spectacles.

Integrate components such as cameras, microcontrollers (eg, ESP32), batteries, and connectivity modules (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth).

Optimize for lightweight, durable, and ergonomic design suitable for wearables.

Develop power management systems to maximize battery life.

Collaborate with software engineers to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.

Test and debug the hardware to ensure performance and reliability.

Work on miniaturization and optimizing production-ready designs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in hardware design, particularly for IoT or wearable devices.

Proficiency in circuit design, PCB layout (Altium Designer, Eagle, etc.), and prototyping.

Experience with Embedded systems and microcontrollers (eg, ESP32, Raspberry Pi).

Knowledge of camera modules and image sensors.

Understanding of power management and battery integration.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Familiarity with ergonomic and compact product design principles.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience working on consumer wearable devices.

Knowledge of AI/ML hardware integration.

Familiarity with 3D printing or other rapid prototyping tools for enclosures.
