Profile:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with expertise in marketing and selling export factoring services to MSME exporters and possess a solid understanding of international trade finance. This role involves identifying, acquiring, and managing relationships with exporters, ensuring seamless onboarding and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development
  • Identify and target MSME exporters requiring trade finance solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to promote export factoring products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within MSME businesses.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in export finance.
  • Solution Selling
  • Educate exporters on the benefits of export factoring compared to traditional trade finance solutions.
  • Customize solutions to meet client-specific needs, ensuring alignment with their export and receivable financing requirements.
  • Customer Onboarding
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (credit, operations, compliance) to ensure seamless integration.
  • Address client queries related to documentation, financing terms, and payment processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and forums to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Performance Tracking
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market feedback.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in selling export factoring, trade finance, or related financial products.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Basic understanding of international trade finance, export factoring, and payment terms (eg, LC, FOB, CIF).
  • Familiarity with MSME challenges in accessing working capital and trade finance solutions.
  • Sales Skills:
  • Proven track record in business development and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
  • Customer Onboarding Expertise:
  • Experience in handling KYC, AML compliance, and documentation processes.
  • Ability to simplify and explain complex financial products to clients.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle client concerns effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
