Job Title: Business Analyst/Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Analyst/Executive professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying market opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving profitable growth.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
2. Co-ordinate & support with Global Sales, Practice team and Delivery team for making proactive & reactive proposals & solutions.
3. Generate leads for cold call/email of prospective customers to the sales.
4. Develop customized targeted sales strategies.
5. Create informative presentations; Present and deliver information to potential clients at client meetings, Account mining/Strategy workshops, road shows, and conferences.
6. Work closely with marketing teams to develop lead generation campaigns.
8. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
9. Track all Proposal activities in sales funnel and keep current by updating account information regularly.
10. Participate in regular sales meetings and provide market feedback to senior management.
11. Proactive case study preparation
12. Facilitating Client & Internal Seniors visits
13. Developing good understanding of our services
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in Business Analyst/Executive or similar role with minimum 3 to 5 years experiences.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
5. Excellent organizational skills.
6. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
7. Proficient in MS Office & preferred knowledge in Power BI & SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Experience in project management and/or sales management.
3. Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
