Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle WMS Cloud Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management systems, specifically Oracle WMS Cloud, and will be responsible for the implementation, support, and enhancement of our warehouse management processes. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Configuration:
• Lead the implementation of Oracle WMS Cloud, including system configuration, testing, and deployment. Customize the platform to meet specific operational needs.
• Support and Troubleshooting:
• Provide ongoing support for Oracle WMS Cloud users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related inquiries in a timely manner.
• Training and Documentation:
• Develop and deliver training programs for users on Oracle WMS Cloud functionalities. Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
• Process Improvement:
• Analyze existing warehouse processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement. Recommend enhancements to leverage Oracle WMS Cloud capabilities effectively.
• Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with IT, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of WMS with other systems (eg, ERP, transportation management).
• Data Management:
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within the WMS, and prepare reports and analytics to support decision-making.
• Updates and Upgrades:
• Stay up-to-date with Oracle WMS Cloud updates and best practices. Lead or assist in upgrades and new feature implementations.
