Job Role- Java Team Lead(Financial Services domain)

Experience range-5 to 12

Job Location- Bengaluru

Must Have-

• JAVA MVC Framework, Spring, Hibernate, SOAP, Rest, Microservices
• Trade Finance Proficiency in Objective-Java/SQL/Unix Solid understanding of life cycle of Trade Finance.
• Design, develop, review, implement and support Java in Financial Services domain
• Identifies critical risks and classify their based criticality and work towards the mitigation plan
• Identification of back up plans to mitigate or reduce or eliminate risks or reoccurrence.
• Coordinates onsite and offshore teams and provides feasible technical solutions.
• Fluency in JDBC, Hibernate, or similar ORM frameworks
• Good understanding of databases: Oracle, DB2, Postgres
• Fast learner of new and emerging technologies
• Drive ongoing improvements in software delivery including build and test automation, continuous integration, test driven development
• Keep up with the latest industry trends and best practices while ensuring the company meets configuration requirements
• Participate in team improvement initiatives
