Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (eg, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (eg, Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
