Job Title: CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward strategies aligned with industry standards.
  • Manage HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to address HR-related issues and optimize organizational performance.
  • Oversee succession planning and develop initiatives to retain top talent.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CHRO or senior HR executive in the IT industry or related sectors.
  • Expertise in managing change and leading HR transformation within fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices in India.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a multinational IT firm with a strong focus on innovation and technology solutions.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar credentials would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of HR technologies and data-driven HR practices.
