About the role:
We are seeking a Payroll professional with a minimum of 6-8 years of work experience. You'll be responsible for managing all payroll tasks for all noon regions inclusive of payroll processing for UAE, KSA, Egypt, Sri Lanka & Lebanon. You will also be maintaining payroll processing systems and records by collating and calculating, and inputting data, processing, and validating reimbursements, incentives, and overtime, managing queries from key stakeholders around your scope of work, and ensuring error-free and timely delivery of all activities are among the main responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process all payroll activities for noon countries- UAE, Egypt, KSA & Sri Lanka, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Process payroll-related inputs, validations, and reconciliations.
- Ensuring compliance and managing statutory deductions such as social security contributions and pensions for UAE, GCC & KSA nationals.
- Preparing and submitting statutory filings and payroll reports as required.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing payroll systems, and providing strategic insights for process improvement.
- Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and implement automation to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinating with internal stake holders like HRBPs, Finance, and business to manage payroll inputs and resolve discrepancies.
- Stay up to date with laws, regulations, contracts, policies, procedures, and controls governing payroll operations across the region.
- Act as a point of contact for employee payroll queries, addressing concerns promptly.
- Support the implementation and management of payroll systems and tools.
- Train HR teams on payroll-related systems and processes.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Support global payroll projects and initiatives.
- Support the business with various payroll reports required for audit and budgeting purposes.
- Support internal and external payroll audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure execution of HR policies and processes, providing expert HR services and support across the organization.
What you'll need:
- Experience in Global payroll processing, preferably in the Middle East.
- Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Data Analysis to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies and provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support business decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and other data analysis tools.
- Holds a graduate/postgraduate degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
