JobSummary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to spearhead the introduction
of our patented road safety products in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying
key government departments and contacts, adding our products to SOR, and managing the end-to-end
process from documentation to securing orders. This role requires excellent presentation skills, rigorous
follow-up, and strategic planning to achieve business growth and meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and establish connections with key government departments and personnel
relevant to road safety products. Formulate and implement strategic plans to introduce and promote
our patented road safety products in India.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay ahead in acquiring new tenders and
understanding market trends.
Visit potential clients to understand their needs, present our products/services, and negotiate
contracts or agreements. Utilize networking opportunities to build and maintain a strong professional
network and generate leads fornew business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential government clients. Manage all necessary
documentation for product inclusion in SOR and tender processes.
Nurture and maintain healthy relationships with government officials and departments through
effective follow-ups and communication.
Enhance digital marketing efforts by updating brochures, cards, templates, and website content to
effectively promote our products.
Ensure follow-up on all business development activities to secure tenders and orders.
Introduce and implement innovative strategies for business development and market expansion.
Take understanding from technical teams for the technical presentations and Q & A with clients. Give
promptly accurate answers through effective communications and presence of mind.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and address any client
concerns or issues.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our road safety
products and identify potential business partners or clients.
Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and progress
to management.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, preferably with government clients. dynamic, creative,
and enthusiastic freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and research capabilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in digital marketing and improving marketing materials.
