Role Description

This is a Full time on-site role for a Hotel Accountant for our office in New Delhi. The Hotel Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, maintaining accounting records, and coordinating with the hotel management team to ensure financial stability and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Daily bookkeeping using invoicing software and TALLY ERP
  • Recording of bills, tax invoices and vouchers.
  • Financial Accounting, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting skills
  • Experience in managing financial transactions and maintaining accounting records
  • Knowledge of hotel accounting practices and software
  • Cost control and inventory management.
  • Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Payroll management, including statutory deductions like PF and ESI.
  • Proficiency in accounting software like Tally for efficient financial operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have a commerce or finance background, strong analytical skills, and experience in the hospitality industry. A working knowledge of GST regulations and expertise in Tally are essential for success in this role.

Location

Located in New Delhi

Accountant must be willing to travel to hotel locations once in two - three months for data gathering and matching records
