Job Title: Mid - level Architect

We are seeking a talented and passionate Architect with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential architecture, with a keen eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to bring creative solutions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of all kind of architectural projects from concept to completion, including luxury residences, farmhouses, commercial projects etc.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints, translating these into innovative and functional design solutions.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software and other design tools.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants, stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure all designs meet the highest standards of safety and sustainability.
- Participate in project management tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a reputed college.
- 3-4 years of professional experience in residential architecture.
- Proficiency in CAD software (eg, AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup) and other 3D modeling tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in residential and other relevant projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Licensure or certification as an architect is preferred but not required.
