Responsibilities:
- General Support: Perform Support during US Eastern Time.
- Problem Solve: Work with customers and internal team members to understand the root cause of a problem and figure out how to solve the problem.
- Training: Work with customers to teach them how to best utilize the platform
- Testing: Work with the QA team to test the application when support requests are not coming in.
- Provisioning: Support the client management team in interpreting business processes to setup up customers that will allow them to best execute their business processes.
- Provide Input: Work with other FacilGo team members to suggest ideas that will help the platform or processes run better.
- Work with both a local and distributed team.

- Strong English language spoken and written skills.
- Problem solving capabilities.

- A strong attitude of getting things done.

- Experience working with remote teams.
- Experience working with enterprise software.
