About The Opportunity
As the Manager - HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and HR practices that support our vision. This role is crucial in fostering a high-performance environment, building HR processes that align with business goals, and championing employee engagement and retention. You will collaborate across departments to enhance employee experience, ensuring alignment with our brand values and mission.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract top talent suited to a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration and alignment with the company culture.
- Partner with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and forecast talent requirements.
Performance Management
- Lead the performance management process, setting KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Drive a continuous feedback culture and conduct regular performance appraisals.
- Implement training and development programs to promote career progression.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Develop and execute initiatives to maintain high morale and foster a positive workplace.
- Plan and manage employee engagement activities that reflect our brand's energy and enthusiasm.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Review, update, and enforce HR policies that support a growth-oriented, agile culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards to mitigate risks.
- Develop strategies to minimize attrition while aligning policies with company values.
Learning & Development
- Identify skills gaps and implement training programs to support employee growth.
- Facilitate coaching, and mentoring programs.
- Promote a learning culture through continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably within a D2C or high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HR software (eg, Keka or similar HRMS tools).
