SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Job Objective
This is a Full time on-site role for a Social Media Manager at HPA Design in
Ahmedabad. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media
marketing campaigns, creating compelling content strategies, optimizing social media
presence, and writing engaging content to reach our audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to achieve marketing goals and enhance brand visibility.
- Content Creation: Create engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns, including paid promotions, to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Platform Optimization: Optimize profiles across social media platforms to increase reach and engagement, ensuring all content aligns with the brand's identity.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics and use insights to refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with current social media trends, tools, and best practices, integrating them into the strategy to maintain relevance.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the internal architecture, interior and landscaping project teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Community Engagement: Actively interact with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to build strong relationships.
Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing (SMM), Social Media Optimization (SMO)
and working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Knowledge of social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
platforms.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific
insights (eg, Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics)
Core Competencies
- Strong communication and exceptional writing abilities to craft engaging and
audience-focused content
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to produce innovative campaigns and
solutions.
- Ability to develop effective content strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Industry Knowledge
- Familiarity with trends in social media and digital marketing, ensuring strategies
remain up-to-date and competitive
- Prior experience in the architecture or design industry is an added advantage
Educational Background:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital field with 5+
years of relevant experience
