Key Objective of 6 month Traineeship program:
To create content & execute digital media campaigns crafted for the brands
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective ORM strategies to enhance clients' online reputation.
Monitor and manage online reviews, comments, and discussions across various platforms.
Proactively address negative sentiment, reviews, and mentions to mitigate potential damage.
Utilize ORM tools and platforms to track performance, sentiment trends, and engagement metrics.
Stay updated with industry trends and evolving digital landscapes that impact reputation management.
Prepare insightful reports on ORM performance for clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Qualification Requisite:
Ongoing certification course in Graduation/Digital Media, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Must be available for a Full time 6 months Traineeship
Technical Skills Requisite:
Basic Knowledge of Social Media Channels, Digital Media and Online Marketing
Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail and an ongoing commitment to achieving high-quality results
Must be informed and active follower of latest industry trends, marketing campaigns and the next viral video trend
