Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Business Development specialist to grow our product development services business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our growth story while working with global technology clients.

What You Should Have

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology/related field
• 5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales
• Proven track record in enterprise software/IT services sales
• Fluency in English - written and conversational
• Experience with Hubspot CRM and modern sales tools
• Ability to work effectively across global time zones
• Self-motivated mindset with strong independent working capabilities

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across targeted domains
• Identify and actively engage with ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
• Participate in relevant forums and networks to source opportunities
• Execute end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure

Solution Development

• Collaborate with design and tech teams to craft customised solutions
• Create technical proposals and commercial offers
• Lead client presentations and negotiations
• Ensure alignment between client requirements and proposed solutions

Account Management

• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships
• Identify opportunities to increase account lifetime value
• Monitor and report on pipeline health using Hubspot CRM
• Analyse sales data to optimise strategies
