Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex data insights into actionable strategies that create long-term value and elevate customer experiences.
  • Drive the development of innovative solutions that significantly enhance customer interactions and engagement with our products.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and domain experts to conduct deep research that informs product development, strategy, and market fit.
  • Lead product ideation and innovation, ensuring solutions are customer-centric and aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure that quality, security, and scalability are Embedded throughout all development cycles.
  • Define, track, and communicate product success metrics, using data-driven insights to make continuous improvements.
  • Tackle complex problems by applying cutting-edge technologies such as AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud computing solutions.
  • Lead efforts to integrate emerging technologies into product roadmaps, driving digital transformation within the organization.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.
  • Influence product vision and strategy based on competitive analysis, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners on key product initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Data Analytics, AI, and Cloud Technologies, with a proven track record of transforming data insights into strategic decisions.
  • Hands-on experience in product management, particularly with startups or the launch of new, innovative products in dynamic environments.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing enterprise-level challenges and identifying scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive change.
  • Strategic mindset and expertise in change management, including the ability to navigate complex organizational transformations.
  • Sales and marketing experience in technology and digital products, with a solid understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
