Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design efforts for our digital products and user experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft user-friendly, visually appealing, and innovative designs that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your expertise in design thinking, wireframing, prototyping, and UI development will drive our product's success in delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

User Experience Design:

• Lead the design of user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are intuitive and engaging.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions.
• Analyze and translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions.

User Interface Design:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma.
• Develop consistent, visually appealing, and accessible designs aligned with the brand identity.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.

Collaboration & Leadership:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design strategies with business goals.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.
• Advocate for best practices in usability, accessibility, and responsive design.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Gather and act on user feedback to iterate and improve designs continuously.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects.
• Deep understanding of design principles, user research methodologies, and accessibility standards (eg, WCAG).
• Experience with responsive design and designing for multiple devices and platforms.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design ideas and receive constructive feedback.

Preferred:

• Experience with Front End technologies (eg, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate collaboration with developers.
• Familiarity with agile development processes.
• Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
