Job Summary:

At High Radius, we pride ourselves in our people and products. We are looking for Senior Network Systems Engineer - L2/L3 support (Microsoft Technologies) for our SaaS products at our Hyderabad office, who has worked hands-on with clients/users directly extending technical support and administration on End-user systems and servers/services.

Responsibilities

  • He must have hands-on experience of Microsoft tools (Outlook/AzureAD/InTune/SCCM),ITSM tools like ServiceNow and MDM tools like VMware/Blackberry etc
  • Hands-on experience with End-point services like patch management/SSP/SSO/IAM tools.
  • Using exceptional communication skills, he must identify, investigate and diagnose issues, resolve or assign the incident to right assignment group, provides resolution to employee based on in scope processes.
  • Experienced in change management, onboarding new applications and tools is desirable
  • Handson expertise on automation power Shell Scripts is an added advantage
  • Reporting and analytics on spreadsheets.

Requirements

Experience: 4 to 7 Years

Role: We have multiple roles - the final role will depend on the candidate's experience and credentials

Education: B.Sc/BE/B. Tech/MCA/M.Sc./MTech

Other Requirements:

  • Hands on experience on Windows platforms (Win10/M 365/Azure), Remote management tools (UEMs)
  • Certifications in ITIL/COBIT/MCSE desirable
