We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Universal Audio Visual Solutions. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of proven sales experience in the Audio-Visual industry, with expertise in working with corporate and government sectors. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of AV solutions to drive revenue growth and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence in the corporate and government sectors.

Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships in the Audio-Visual industry.

Lead Management: Manage leads from platforms like Indiamart and other business channels, following up promptly to convert them into sales opportunities.

Quotations & Proposals: Prepare and present professional quotations, proposals, and contracts tailored to the client's needs.

Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate AV solutions, including video conferencing systems, interactive flat panels, LED videowalls, and digital signage.

Customer Demos: Organize and manage product demonstrations in the office or at client locations, showcasing the company's technology solutions.

Project Coordination: Oversee the execution of client orders, ensuring smooth coordination for delivery, installation, and payment collection.

Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Reporting: Maintain and update records of daily activities, sales progress, and pipeline management in CRM systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: 4-5 years of sales experience in the Audio-Visual industry, with a strong track record of working in corporate and government sectors.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Audio-Visual solutions, including video conferencing systems, interactive displays, digital signage, and professional audio setups.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AV technologies and tools to facilitate solution selling.

Organisational Skills: Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.

Networking: Established relationships in the corporate and government sectors will be an added advantage.
