MEP Contracts Manager (Residential) Dublin Tier 1 Contractor The Opportunity A Tier 1 Contractor delivering major residential developments across Dublin is seeking an experienced MEP Contracts Manager to take ownership of MEP delivery, subcontractor performance, and coordination across large-scale schemes. Key Responsibilities MEP Delivery & Performance Take overall responsibility for MEP package delivery from pre-construction through to handover. Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, quality, and cost expectations. Drive coordination between MEP subcontractors, site teams, and design managers. Subcontractor & Package Management Manage MEP subcontractors including performance, resourcing, and sequencing. Chair MEP coordination meetings and ensure actions are closed out. Resolve technical and sequencing issues impacting programme. Commercial & Programme Interface Work with commercial teams on procurement strategy, variations, and cost control. Support payment assessments and change management. Identify and mitigate programme and delivery risks early. Design, Quality & Handover Coordinate with design teams to ensure buildable and compliant MEP solutions. Oversee inspections, commissioning, snagging, and handover processes. Requirements Strong background managing MEP delivery on residential projects. Experience working for a Tier 1 or large main contractor. Proven ability to manage multiple MEP subcontractors. Strong understanding of residential services and handover requirements. Excellent coordination and leadership skills. Salary & Package Salary range: 110,000 130,000 DOE Company vehicle or car allowance. Pension, life insurance, and income protection. Laptop and phone provided.
