Sales & Marketing Executive Location: County Meath, Ireland Salary: 45,000 Hours: Standard hours Monday to Friday Start Date: ASAP Syntech Recruitment are working with an industry leading company who serve into several industries. This hybrid role combines field-based sales (%) with office-based sales and marketing support. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing customer relationships, securing new business, and contributing to the wider commercial strategy. Sales & Marketing Executive Duties: Maintain and grow key account relationships to deliver sustained revenue growth Identify and convert new business opportunities through structured lead generation Deliver tailored product solutions with a consultative, value-driven approach Conduct competitive analysis to develop strategic positioning and win business Support the execution of marketing initiatives including online and offline materials Prepare accurate customer quotations and process orders within required timeframes Provide responsive and professional customer support throughout the sales cycle Track sales performance and produce reports to support business development Represent Syntech at trade shows, events and promotional activities Ensure compliance with month-end routines and administrative reporting Sales & Marketing Executive Experience: Qualifications & Experience Third-level qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business (or equivalent experience) 3 5 years proven success in a similar B2B sales role Technical Competencies Knowledge of building regulations and construction sector practices Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel Core Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Confident presenting to a range of internal and external stakeholders Excellent organisational and time management skills Results-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Simply apply today to speak to one of our consultants.
