Are you an experienced ERP Support Consultant looking for a long-term remote opportunity? We are partnering with a global retail organization to find a talented DC1 Support Consultant to join our team and support our ERP systems for the next three years.

About the Company: Our client is a leading global retail organization dedicated to utilizing advanced technologies to optimize operations and enhance customer experiences. Join our team to contribute to the ongoing success and innovation of our ERP systems.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled DC1 (ERP) Support Consultant to provide comprehensive support for our ERP systems. This is a fully remote position offered as a 3-year contract, providing stability and the opportunity to work on impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support for DC1 (ERP) systems, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.
  • Assist with system upgrades, patches, and configurations as needed.
  • Offer training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and use of the ERP system.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in ERP system support, preferably with DC1 (ERP).
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of ERP system configurations and customizations.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with end-users and stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in the FMCG/Retail environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
