Job Title: Blockchain Developer - Rust/Move
Location: Fully Remote
Salary/Rate: $150k per annum

We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Engineer with expertise in Rust and Move to help build and optimise our client's Blockchain infrastructure. In this role, you will focus on improving scalability, performance, and security across their Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols while working with a talented engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Blockchain infrastructure using Rust and Move.
• Optimise Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure the security and immutability of the Blockchain platform.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality.
• Stay updated with the latest Blockchain advancements and best practices.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience in Rust with a focus on performance optimisation.
• Strong expertise in Move programming language (preferably Aptos Move).
• In-depth knowledge of Blockchain fundamentals, including networking and consensus protocols.
• Experience with decentralised systems and performance tuning (memory, CPU optimisation).
• Familiarity with Blockchain security best practices and vulnerability mitigation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
