Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at this iconic venue. As a Chef de Partie, you ll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the success of a well-loved establishment.
Key Responsibilities: - Food Preparation: Prepare all food items as directed, ensuring they are cooked to perfection and presented beautifully.
- Section Management: Take full responsibility for your section during service, ensuring efficiency, attention to detail, and high standards.
- Compliance: Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and dating of all food stock in line with company policy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues to deliver exceptional food service, maintaining clear communication and a positive team environment.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Keep your Workstation clean and organized, assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen equipment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Recipe Adherence: Follow recipes and presentation specifications to maintain consistency and quality.
Ideal Candidate: - Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, with a passion for fresh food and high standards.

Age-Related Pay Rates for Under 21s: - 18-20 Years Old: £9.00 per hour
