Salesforce Solution Architect - Wokingham - Hybrid - PERM

My customer is searching the market for a permanent Salesforce Solution Architect role in Wokingham 2-3 days per week onsite. Responsible for solution architecture, technical and system design activities and overall governance of the system; operating within a solution development team.

Required Skills:

• Strong Experience in managing and deploying multiple development streams to ensure there are no conflicts.
• Expert knowledge on SDLC processes, solution architecture, system analysis & design, quality, change and risk management.
• Experience in both waterfall and agile development approaches.
• Experience in estimating, planning and eco systems vendor and supplier management.
• Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) with end-to-end implementation experience, including integration flows with multiple business applications.
• Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) & Service Cloud.
• Strong experience with configuration, customization and programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers.
• Demonstrable track record in delivery of Salesforce solution and technical architecture for programmes of work.
• Breadth and depth of technical Salesforce knowledge in data architecture, data management, data platforms & technologies, data science and Business Intelligence.
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills covering colleagues, partners/vendors and project sponsors.
• Awareness of use, and value, of modelling standards, ALM, and DevOps tools. Specifically, the Atlassian Suite ie Jira & Confluence.

Strong practical deployment knowledge of LWC, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, and AppExchange deployment.
