SAP OTC Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the Lead to Cash process for Pet Nutrition in the ERP transformation.
• Provide strategic input on SAP S/4Hana design, processes, and organizational alignment.
• Collaborate with enterprise DT leads, architects, process GPOs, and SI partner architects.
• Define use cases, KPIs, and ensure technical coherence of the solution.
• Manage problem-solving tasks and drive innovative, data-driven solutions.

• Strong background in SAP S/4Hana transformations and Lead to Cash/Order to Cash processes, ideally in the consumer goods (CPG) industry.
• Experience in large-scale global digital transformation projects.
• Demonstrated ability in strategy, planning, governance, and team management.
