Sales Support Manager

Salary: £40k - £50k (Bonus 10%)

Location: London (2x days in office per week)

Role Profile

We're looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic individual with a positive can-do attitude who will take our key Sales-Support team to the next level by being a hands-on manager. Ensuing we not only continue to provide the best service that our highly motivated Sales team require but to always think of ways we can improve what we do today, how we do it and delivering continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Managing the teams' workloads and Qs to ensure we turn around quote requests quickly and efficiently
• Process customers POs as soon as we get them, therefore meeting KPIs
• Managing, training and mentoring the team of four to ensure they always deliver to their full potential, motivating and encouraging to maximise team output
• Creating growth plans to keep them focused on the overall team goals - better, faster, more efficient
• Continuously improve processes &/or functions driving automation or cost efficiencies
• Helping to identify, spec out and implement efficiencies around automation, enabling us to continue growing as a business
• Ensuring the team are using all available tools (Cisco PXP/CCW and other partner portals) for deal registration and securing best pricing effectively and quickly
• Review team structure and alignment with sales teams, tweaking as personnel and priorities change
• Working with the Head of Procurement to build and maintain strong relationships with distribution suppliers for increased efficiencies
• Ensuring the team use the preferred supplier list & working with Head of Procurement to keep updated
• Effectively & efficiently communicate with customers, or with the sales teams to resolve any queries
• Produce & present team performance reports, sharing these with the wider business
