This role will provide a comprehensive maintenance and repairs service covering all aspects of responsive repairs, compliance, cyclical and planned works.
The Maintenance Officer will assist the Head of Operations in ensuring that the Association's property assets are properly maintained and will work closely with customers, colleagues, contractors, and other partners, to provide an effective, high quality and customer focused service. The Maintenance Officer will ensure compliance with current legislation, policies and procedures and good practice. This is a part time role 21 hours a week, although attendance in the office on Wednesdays is expected
