AV Support - £37,000 - £45,000 - London, Onsite
A Leading Lloyd's Syndicate Insurer, located in the City of London, is looking for a skilled AV (Audio-Visual) Support Technician to join their dynamic IT team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to work in a fast-paced, prestigious environment. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless AV experiences across corporate meetings, live events and day-day operations and providing hands on support to all levels of seniority.
The role:
- Proven experience in setting up and supporting Teams meeting room devices, ensuring a smooth operation during video conferences, meetings and presentations
- Install and configure AV equipment including sound systems, video conferencing tools, screens, lighting systems, microphones etc.
- Hands-on experience with AV setups, providing support for corporate meetings, conferences, presentations and live events etc.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with AV equipment
- Provide immediate support for any technical difficulties that occur during live events/meetings
Skills and qualifications required
- ITIL - certified would come as an advantage
- Previous AV, Audio Visual support experience
- Microsoft Suite
- MS Teams - expertise in supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Teams meeting room systems and other collaboration tools
- Familiarity with AV equipment, including video conferencing tools, sound systems and related hardware
- Citrix
- Active Directory
